This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for The City Waves™. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by or on behalf of The City Waves™. It will notify you of the following:

  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

To sign up for The City Waves™ classes and workshops, you must create an account with Momence, our Customer Relationship Management and class booking tool. In creating a Momence account you will provide certain data (e.g. your name, phone number, email address, and bank card details). Momence is subject to comply with privacy policy law with regard to the security of your personal data. Momence protects your bank card by only disclosing the last four digits. Your full bank card number will never be shown to us. 

By signing up to Momence, you are agreeing to have The City Waves™ contact you in the future via text or email to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

With regard to this site specifically, we are the sole owners of any information collected on thecitywaves.com. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization unless it is necessary to fulfill your request. 

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following by emailing us at info@thecitywaves.com:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.

  • Change/correct any data we have about you.

  • Have us delete any data we have about you.

  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
