    • Accommodation (5 Days, 4 Nights)

    • Farm to table meals (Dinner on the first night, 3 meals a day on Day 2, 3, 4 plus hot Breakfast on Day 5)

    • Daily meditation, yoga, and 5Rhythms® dances indoor and outdoor

    • Swimming pool and sauna access

    • Art project

  • Transportation to/from the retreat center, massages, gratuities, travel insurance, optional excursions like Harbin Hot Springs

  • Early bird registration is not refundable.

    • If regular registration participants must cancel before May 3, they will receive a full refund minus a 50% processing fee.

    • If regular registration participants must cancel by June 3, their refund will be subject to participant replacement. If a replacement is registered, participants will receive a full refund minus a 50% processing fee.

    • For cancellation after June 3, no refund will be issued. If a participant does not show up for the retreat without communicating, their registration payment will not be refunded.

    • In individual cases 30% of the full amount could be reasonably credited towards future events.

    The City Waves reserves the right to cancel any retreat/workshop in the event of insufficient registration or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case, the full amount paid to register for a retreat/workshop will be refunded to the registrants. In the event of cancellation, an attempt will be made to notify registrants no later than 10 calendar days before the start of the retreat/workshop. All other expenses incurred including but not limited to flights and accommodation arranged for the purpose of attending a retreat/workshop will not be covered.
