US$500 Deposit is non refundable for all categories

• Before Oct 29, 100% of payment made refundable minus US$500 deposit.

• After Oct 29, refund is subject to participant replacement. If a replacement is registered, participant will receive a refund (minus US$500 deposit and 20% processing fee of the full amount paid)

• After Nov 29, no refund can be made

We reserve the right to cancel any workshop in the event of insufficient registration or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case, the full amount paid to register for a workshop will be refunded to the registrants. In the event of cancellation, an attempt will be made to notify registrants no later than 10 calendar days before the workshop. All other expenses incurred including but not limited to flights and accommodation arranged for the purpose of attending a workshop will not be covered.
